House Bill 43 was referred to committee on 2/11, and had a hearing in the Senate's Public Health, Welfare and Safety Committee on 2/17.
The bill is still active at the date of this posting.

House Bill 43 passed it's third reading in the House 99-0 on 2/10 and has been transmitted to the Senate.
